Whoa !! You guys got the wrong idea about this topic y'all supposed to put your favourite Lic down here with a little video of how it's done so as I learn something .... now why daya all want me to start it off???
For people who didn't learn music properly and play by what we can hear all we have at the end of 40 plus years is a collection of odd lics and a few chords.
Now Donny, do not sell that guitar YOU WILL REGRET IT! I see it time and time again If your not totally desperate for the cash my advice hang on to it as long as you can....it's not eating anything..... and you may want to doodle as I now do.

C'mon you guys..... are you going to let this thread die on its arse!!?? However basic or simple or even complicated if you must....make the effort turn your camera on and lets see it..... there are people out there that will be pleased you did!
I had this Ice breaking problem when I ran my steel meetings, the number of people that turned up with a steel in the boot and no intention of getting it out
BUT, when they saw how friendly and noncompetitive it was as we were all trying to help each other....those steels eventually came out..I know this medium is a little more intimidating but I reckon if a few of you would post something we could turn it into something useful.
I will post another one but not until someone else has had a turn, this I can do as I don't give a Rat's Arse if I make a fool of myself, this attitude alone has improved my playing.......

I'm in the same position as you Nick, I don't have a camera and my phone is s e. I have had a conversation with JD regarding this and I managed to put a tune onto the phone but the sound was awful, so that's a nono. Donny.

Enough already!! with the camera excuses!!! ,,,, you can get a camcorder on ebay for tween 5 and 30 quid plug in with a firewire and away you do go >>>>>>> even when I had to lockdown at Eithne's I still managed to bug you with the odd vid using my phone and most any phone will record a bit of video these days.

If someone else dips their toe in the water my next offering on here will be a simple 7th chord that I had to steal from Ron Elliot (cos he would not tell me how he did it) most of you clever buggers that understand music will already have it and possibly use it without thinking but for the likes of me...was a hard won fight.
