Anyone out there bought the William Litaker tuition '32 exercises for technique'? Any thoughts?

No but my finger is on the trigger too, so I would be interested in the replies to this query.
I need a serious discipline to work to because I have limited time to practice so I want to make every minute count.
There is at least one video on YouTube which might give you some idea of the content.
He's certainly a character.

Took the plunge - have only had a very short while to skim through. The video plays the licks once, so it's pretty rapid but they are there for reference if needed. Some of the exercises seem pretty basic - the 4 grips, pedal up and pedals down, block chords and apreggios - so there's 4 of the 32 straight away!
However, there seem to be some more usable licks further in - and, by the time you've learned them and played them in a number of keys, I'm sure there's quite a lot there...
I'll post again when I've had more of a chance to get to grips with them.

I bought this too. I'm a little disappointed for much the same reasons. Many of the exercises are very basic. There are a couple of gems in there, but I would have expected more.
