Sort of standards, first is a bad vocal by me and the second one is "Body and Soul" I like that tune.

Better shots of Pat playing that Aaug7b9b5 in body and soul and you can see her unorthodox left hand usage i.e. thumb for the bass strings
Tune starts at 3:45

loved your videos ,I am still learning about this forum set up,so many options,
I really loved body and soul, what a tune, what copedent do you use.Is it fair to say
you have played a lot of non-pedal music before turning to the pedals,You got a great
understanding of your tunings ,good on you.
Are you giging much???/.
How did you make the links to my videos to work, just send me a
email or PM.
thank so much,catch up soon.

Thanks for the comments Sam. No I started on pedal steel and the copedent I use is my own..I'm just playing an 8 string with single raise and lower and limited to just two pulls per pedal:-

What is your copedent ? we all want to know.. :?: :?:

As for making your links work, all you need to do is click on "Quote' on the post where I did it and you'll see the method ... it's then the url....then

As for gigs I play pro all the time 2-3 per week and sessions, but NOT the style you see on the videos here. I play straight "Down Home Shit Kickin' Country" the standards and Hawaiian stuff are my fun times, the "Bread and Butter" (An English colloquialism) is Country.

Basil, very nice playing in those videos.
Your copedent is very interesting. Is this a setup you've developed yourself?
Would you mind telling me what your copedent is/was for your old Emmons p/p.
By the way, you mention an Aaug7b9b5 chord. Is that possible? How can you have an augmented 7th when the 5 is flat? The 5 should be sharp. Is the 5 note (E) which is flattened actually an octave above the root and more correctly called a 11# ?
