I used to have this on VHS but it got lost over the years.... can anyone tell me how to get it on a DVD please ( Ispose I should keep it )

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but the Dropbox Program wont download or install, and I cant save the video from thier website either. I've converted my version to a WMV file, but Windows DVD maker doesn't like that. (Dispite it being their own format!!!)
I'll keep at it.
